PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following methods of payment:

Notes about Personal Orders

  • For personal orders, we require: Your name, contact telephone number and address.
  • Full Payment Must be received before goods in stock are dispatched.
  • Harleys Staff will Contact you to advise if your goods are not in stock, and need to be placed on special order with the supplier, and the estimated time of arrival.
  • Harleys will confirm if you would like any goods in stock held over until all goods have arrived before arranging delivery.
  • Security Deposit: For Non Credit Card Orders, a non-refundable security deposit (20% of the total order) may be required before Harley's will place an order for stock with suppliers. Harleys Staff will contact you to advise how much will be required before your order is processed. For Credit Card Orders, The security deposit may be charged to your card upon receival of your order. The balance of your order (including delivery costs if applicable) would then be charged at time of dispatch.

Instructions for Cheques and Money Orders:

  • Please attach a copy of your automated confirmation email (if you are able to do so).
  • Please provide the following information on the back of any cheques: Name, Address, Phone Number, Drivers Licence Number and Shop Order Number (You will receive your shop order number on your automated confirmation email)
  • Cheques and Money Orders are to be made out to Harleys Educational & Stationery Supplies.

Direct Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer:

  • Please contact Harleys to Obtain Bank Deposit Details.
  • You will be required to provide your Name and Address, Phone Number and Drivers Licence Number (to prevent fraudulent use of our account details).
  • Please use the Shop Order Number as the Reference number for your Direct Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (You will receive your shop order number on your automated confirmation email).
  • Please Note that we will not arrange delivery or place orders for stock with suppliers until the Transfer or Deposit has been cleared in our account.
  • To fast track your order, please Fax OR Email Harleys with the proof of your direct deposit (ie: E.F.T Receipt Number or Copy of Bank Deposit Slip Butt Stamped By Bank) and make sure that you include your personal details and shop order number. We can then check our account to confirm your payment has been received.

Official School or Company 30 Day Account Customers

  • All Government / Education Department orders must include an Official Order number, OR Government Corporate Card Number. (This is a Government Requirement).
  • All Schools, kindergartens, daycare centres and businesses must also provide the name of a contact person so there is no delay in getting the goods to the right person as soon as possible.
  • Please state on your order if goods are to be billed to a a specific department or account as this will short circuit any delivery or accounting problems.
  • Goods in Stock at Harleys will be dispatched as soon as possible
  • Harleys will advise on the expected delay of any out of stock items.
  • Please note, if you place an online order and intend to forward a copy of the official order to Harley's via fax or post, you must CLEARLY state on the order "CONFIRMATION ONLY- ONLINE STORE ORDER" and include your Shop Order Number (You will receive your shop order number on your automated confirmation email). Please attach a copy of your automated confirmation email (if you are able to do so).
  • Due to Government regulations, Customers Using their Government Corporate Card must also fax a copy of their corporate card order with signature before online orders can be processed.

A note to teachers and ordering personnel:

  • Harleys have an online ordering password facility for all teachers and ordering personnel who wish to order goods to be billed to the school or company account.
  • This is a password of your choice to be entered at the payment details section during checkout.
  • This password is designed for your own protection as it will be kept on file and checked when you place your order to ensure no one is billing an un-authorised order to the school or company with your name.
  • Please download an online ordering password form (adobe pdf file), or contact Harleys Educational supplies to receive one by email,post or fax. (Right Click Link and Choose SAVE TARGET AS to download).
  • Once you have completed your personal details, the form will need to be signed by the Principal or Registrar of your school, or Business Owner or Manager for a company.
  • Dont forget to make your password something that you will remember.
  • The form is then to be faxed, posted or emailed to Harleys.
  • All government/education department orders still must include an official order number or corporate card number (this is a government requirement), however the online ordering password enables Harley's to ensure the authenticity of the online or email order without a copy of the official order.
  • The password does not negate the requirement for the official order number - orders will not be accepted without an official order number or corpaorate card number.
  • Should you complete your order without your online ordering password, your order will not be processed until Harleys have contacted your registrar or relevant company official to ensure the authenticity of your order.
